The Jets have officially hired Lions Defensive Coordinator Aaron Glenn as the team’s new head coach and Broncos Assistant General Manager Darren Mougey as the team’s new general manager. The introductory press conference will be later today at 1 pm and will have many eyes on it. It is a new day with lots on the line.

Finally, It’s Over: The Jets defeat Dolphins in Season Finale, 32-20.

And just like that, the most disappointing season in Jets history has come to an end. Yes, the Jets have had other stupendously disappointing seasons throughout the entire team's history, but 2024-25 has been one of a kind. From Super Bowl aspirations to chasing a top 5 pick and rebooting the franchise, the Jets have seen it all this season. We've had midseason coaching changes and firings, GM firings, leaked stories about ownership, and player drama, which could lead to them being on the way out. With all of this looming over Jets fans' heads, one game remained. It was a new game, a new year, and it was against the playoff-hopeful Miami Dolphins.

Finally the Jets get over the hump: Jets defeat Jaguars 32-25

From Halloween to nearly Christmas week, the Jets have been on a four-game losing streak throughout November and early December. It wasn't enough to close out games even with emerging young talent like LT Olu Fashanu, EDGE Will McDonald IV, RB Braelon Allen, and RB Isaiah Davis. Besides the loss to Arizona that started this losing streak, every game was a one-score game in which the Jets blew leads.

The Jets spook Houston on TNF, Keep season alive with win, 21-13

It's NOT OVER UNTIL IT'S OVER. The New York Jets have arrived and defeated the Houston Texans on Thursday Night Football: Halloween Edition at MetLife Stadium, 21-13. It was an incredible win for the Jets, desperately needed for the team and their morale. Although the win, the first quarter was still the worst quarter I've seen this team play in person this season. It was horrible.
