After an abysmal two-game road stretch in Los Angeles, the Yankees head back home to the Bronx with a 0-2 deficit. The Yanks find themself in desperate need of a win after a disappointing start to their first World Series in fifteen years. It has all stemmed from poor coaching and poor performances from many players, specifically the Yankees Captain, Aaron Judge.

THE EVIL EMPIRE IS BACK! The New York Yankees have booked their ticket to the franchise's 41st World Series appearance. After defeating the Cleveland Guardians, 4-1 in the ALCS, thanks to the Juan Soto go-ahead homerun. The Yankees will face the Los Angeles Dodgers in the World Series.

The Cinderella Story ends in LA. The Mets were defeated by the Los Angeles Dodgers, 4-2, in the NLCS and will head back to Queens to regroup for this offseason.

The Mets continue to hang in there. In game one of the NLCS, it looked bleak for the Mets, a 9-0 blowout loss. It was not a pretty evening for fans. Mets pitcher Kodai Senga turned in 1.1 IP, 3 ER, 2 H, and 4 BB. It has not been the best postseason for Senga, who is still rehabbing from injuries.
